Techniques:
Webster Technique
The Webster Technique is a chiropractic assessment and adjustment protocol used to assist pregnancy patients with pelvic/SI dysfunction pre, during, and post pregnancy. This gentle technique releases overall pressure and tension throughout the spine with pregnancy and prepares the body for a more
comfortable, safer, and easier birthing experience

Thompson Technique
The Thompson Technique is a type of chiropractic method that emphasizes high- velocity, low amplitude and low force adjustments. Utilizing a drop-table, this technique maintains patient comfort without the use of forceful, rotational components.

Activator Technique
The activator adjusting instrument tool is utilized to apply a gentle low- force, quick impulse throughout a specific spinal segment (neck, back, hips and pelvis) or extremities to adjust a patient’s that specific spinal segment or extremity to increase motion, remove fixation, and increase overall functionality. The activator adjusting tool allows Dr. Choice the opportunity to be precise and specific without forceful rotation.

Spinal Decompression
Decompression is a non-surgical traction technique that gently stretches the
spine, relieving the spinal disc and nerves of pressure that tends to result in pain. For patients experiencing numbness, tingling, or sharp shooting pain, spinal
decompression may be for you.

Dr. Rhonda Huff

Dr. Rhonda Huff is a neurologically-focused chiropractor and wellness expert, dedicated to helping families heal naturally and holistically. Graduating Summa Cum Laude from Life University College of Chiropractic in Marietta, GA, she holds a Master’s degree in Education and a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and Wellness. With certifications as a personal trainer and holistic health coach, Dr. Huff has authored four publications and is a sought-after national presenter on wellness topics.
Dr. Huff's journey into chiropractic began while training individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and Multiple Sclerosis. Despite notable progress, she recognized a missing link and, through extensive research, identified the nervous system as crucial. Her passion lies in removing interference and tension from the nervous system while integrating proper movement and nutrition to facilitate natural healing. Outside of chiropractic, Dr. Huff enjoys traveling, hiking, and attending Broadway shows and baseball games.

Techniques:
TRT (Torque Release Technique)
●Precise, specific, gentle, consistent, and fast.
●No twisting, cracking, or popping.
●Is entirely a neurological adjustment, which allows the body to heal by removing interference and restoring proper communication between the body and the brain.
●Uses the only FDA-approved chiropractic instrument called an Integrator TM which reproduces the thrust and movement components of Toggle Recoil, a classic chiropractic method of adjusting by hand, at a speed of 1/10,000thof a second. It combines the best of existing chiropractic principles, quantum physics, and the body/mind connection, creating the first integrated chiropractic system.
●The only chiropractic technique that was developed out of blinded, randomized, placebo-controlled clinical trials. It’s one of the most scientifically researched techniques in chiropractic.

Network Spinal (Network Spinal Analysis, NSA)
●Gentle, organized, and specific.
●Utilizes light touches to the spine, mostly in the neck and sacral (lower) regions. These light touches, known as contacts, help to unwind stored tension and trauma within the spine and nervous system, improving nerve energy.
●Releases emotional stress stored in muscles.
●New and more efficient channels of communications are initiated between the
brain and body.
●Finds where the most energy is available and uses that energy to enhance the body’s own healing strategies.
●Surface EMG studies have documented changes in the brain and spinal nerve during Network Spinal sessions.

Sacro-Occipital Technique (SOT)
●Safe and gentle.
●Focuses on finding and adjusting patterns of imbalance within the body, not just individual body parts.

Thompson Technique
●High velocity, low amplitude, low force adjustments on a drop table.

Neurofunction Tests (NeuroScans)
●3 scans that look at how well the nervous system is functioning.
●Valid, reliable and reproducible.
●Allows tracking to ensure progress in nervous system function.

The first is a Heart Rate Variability (HRV) scan. The primary focus is on 'variability' as it stands as the foremost indicator of optimal neurological well-being: the capacity to flexibly adjust and rebound. Flexibility serves as the cornerstone of well-being, whether discussing gastrointestinal and immune vitality or addressing behavioral, emotional, and cognitive wellness. It indicates if your nervous system is balanced, stuck in sympathetic mode, or stuck in parasympathetic mode.

The second is a NeuroThermal scan. The primary importance of the NeuroThermal Scan lies in identifying the localized impacts of subluxation and dysautonomia. Given that the autonomic nervous system is chiefly responsible for coordinating and overseeing the operation of vital bodily systems such as digestion, immunity, and hormonal regulation, this scan provides valuable insights into the conditions affecting patients grappling with issues like colic, reflux, constipation, chronic ear infections,
allergies, adrenal dysfunction, chronic fatigue, and sleep disorders, just to name a few.

The third is a NeuroSpinal EMG (SEMG). This specific scan holds paramount importance in aiding our efforts to support children and adults facing complex challenges like Autism, “Asperger’s,” Sensory Integration Disorders, ADHD, and Anxiety. It stands as the foremost diagnostic tool when investigating these conditions. This is because each of these neurodevelopmental and neurosensory difficulties stem
from issues such as trapped tension, altered neuromotor tone, and fatigue within the neuromotor system. (Many parents of children with sensory or spectrum disorders are familiar with the concept of "tone" due to their collaboration with exceptional professionals like Pediatric Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Therapists.) Neurological and tone-related issues are significant because motor function profoundly influences brain function. Therefore, if the EMG scan identifies patterns of trapped tension and imbalance, it is highly likely that the brain is stuck in a sympathetic
(fight or flight) state and is struggling to balance its core functions, including regulating emotions, behavior, learning, and memory. There are three common findings with EMG scans, each indicative of different challenges:
1. Raging Bull: This pattern suggests a person whose nervous system is
consistently in a heightened state ("gas pedal") and predominantly sympathetic
dominant. This may lead to difficulties such as hyperactivity, impulsivity, anxiety,
and disrupted sleep patterns. (Think ADHD)
2. Drunken Bull: This finding often correlates with a person experiencing
challenges with coordination, focus, reading comprehension, communication,
and other related issues. (Think ADHD without hyperactivity)
3. Raging Drunken Bull: People may exhibit both scan patterns and
signs/symptoms from each category. This is seen predominately in children and
adults who nervous system has been dysfunctional for a long time.

Everyone can see positive changes in their EMG scores. An adult may take longer but a
child will see rapid changes due to the rapid pace of their nervous system's growth and
adaptation. However, this also means that when subluxation affects the neuromuscular
system (as indicated on the EMG), it can significantly disrupt their development for
years to come. That’s what makes neurologically-focused chiropractic so important for
children! Delving further into this particular scan, the INSiGHT EMG Scans employ a
three-step scoring system, offering comprehensive insights into the child's neuromotor
system and overall brain and neurodevelopment. Here are the three scores and their
respective explanations:
1. Total Energy Score: This score is typically higher in someone stuck in a
sympathetic mode, indicating heightened arousal. Higher scores are often
observed in cases resembling the "Raging Bull" pattern, associated with issues
like anxiety, behavior, and sleep disturbances.
2. Pattern Score: This score reflects the overall neurological tone, with lower
scores suggesting challenges such as emotional dysregulation, focus difficulties,
postural fatigue, and weak core stability.
3. Symmetry Score: This score assesses the balance between the right and left
sides of the neurospinal system, which is crucial for overall brain function and
coordination.

Therapeutic Exercises and Trigger Point Therapy
●Works in conjunction with your neurological adjustment, helping to facilitate
integration and encourage proper positioning of structures, which will help you
feel better faster and help the adjustment last longer.
